Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Patty Cull and I am part owner of Cull’s Catering Inc with my husband Melvin. The reason for writing this manual and cookbook is to help others who want to start their own home based business or who may just want to save money and cater their own wedding. When I started in 1980, no one wanted to share any information with me. I can understand that, since I would become their competition. But I have since come to realize that there is enough business for everyone.

I will be the first to tell you that catering does require work. But it has been so rewarding. I have taken the information that it took me many years to learn and written it down. I still have a home based catering business. I cater anything from finger foods to full course meals right in my home. We cater to factories and hotels .

It all started in my kitchen and if I can do it, I know you can too. We now cater to several cities. I will tell you that I live in a city of only about 600 people. So you see, TRULY, IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN TOO!!I have helped other people start their catering business and I know these manuals will help you!
