
"Catering Made Easy" Manual
This manual covers
some very important information & is easy to understand. It was written
with weddings in mind, but the same principles apply to other types of catering.
I'll show you how to start catering on just disposable cardboard circles using
garnishing to accent your dishes. Presentation is VERY IMPORTANT! Your buffet

to buy a lot of dishes starting out but it cuts down on labor after the event
is over.
If you're like I was, I didn't have a lot of money to start out. It doesn't
take thousands of dollars to start. If you know how to contract with people,
they pay you the money needed to purchase your products without having to put
yourself in a financial bind. Another important thing to know is how to decorate
in a way that you can reuse the same things, yet change a few things here and
there to add their color into the reception. This makes you money. You are not
buying different things over and over. The more you can reuse the same things
again and again, the the more money you can make. Check out examples of the
